How to Get on Well with Others？Our class had a discussion about how to get on well with others in an English lesson last week．
We all gave our suggestions．First，we should learn to share．We should share our happiness as well as sadness with others．
Second，We should respect others．That is very important．Only when we respect others can we gain respect from them．Third，communicate with others．Communication can get away the misunderstanding between the people．
In my opinion，besides the suggestions above，we should get ready to help and show our love and care to them when they are in trouble．In addition，be kind and friendly．Always keep a smile on your face when talking with others．．
