A report from the Statistics Department (統(tǒng)計局) shows that the population of Hong Kong will reach from 7 million to 8.89 million in 30 years’ time. The population ________ 65 years old will reach 28% compared with the present rate of 13%.

Hong Kong people ________ not to have children nowadays and they live much longer than before. These reasons have destroyed the population structure and ________ a worrying situation.
