Thousands ofUKuniversity students are being required to sign good behavior regulations with their universities. They are warned that they could be kicked out of the college if they break these regulations. Oxford and Chester Universities have introduced such regulations this year. " Both the UK government and universities insist such regulations are a matter for universities to decide. Some universities even make the regulations a condition for entry.
